What is AirDrop ? Explained

Many people don't know what is AirDrop and how to use it ?
Let me break it down , AirDrop as the the word suggest dropping of something , It is a wireless transfer of your data from apple to  apple device . This new feature came with the OTA update of iOS 7 . This feature can help to share your data at the speed of light , you can also say its a substitute of Bluetooth only for apple devices . 

How to turn it on ?

• Simply by going to control panel will help you to enable this extraordinary feature 
• Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to get into control panel and from there hit on the AirDrop button. 

What things it can share ?

• You can share various apps like contacts, Photos , safari , Websites ,Locations , videos and many more 

• You  can tap the content which you want to share and hit on this  or share  button to AirDrop it !

To enjoy this feature both apple devices should be running on iOS 7 or later or a Mac with OS X yosemite
